Booking Terms & Conditions

  • The person making the booking is responsible for all members in the party and must be at least 18 years old at the time of the booking.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • A deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking, balance payments are to be made before or on arrival to the site, either through the website or in cash to the site manager.
  • If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking you must let us know by email as soon as possible. Cancellations received 2 days or more before the booking will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations less than that will forfeit the 10% deposit paid. Your booking will be cancelled with effect from the day we receive your email notification.
  • If you cancel your booking after the booking start date, we will not issue any refund for any remaining nights of your booking. To clarify, this includes where you cancel your booking for any reason outside of your reasonable control, including without limitation, inclement weather and illness.
  • If you want to change any detail of your confirmed booking you must let us know by telephone or email as soon as possible. This includes details such as the number of pitches or the number of guests. We will do our best to accommodate change requests.
  • We do not expect to change or cancel your booking, but sometimes things happen outside of our control such as remedial works, meteorological severe weather warnings, natural disasters or events outside our control. In this case, we will give you as much notice as possible and issue a full refund. We will not be held liable for any further costs.
